Edward began his recruitment career in the early 2000s. Over the past 20 years, he’s built a solid foundation and understanding of the health and social care sectors through extensive experience in recruitment, workforce planning, and strategy.

Developing a deep understanding of local policies and the pain points faced in the public sector has enabled Edward to assist in providing effective solutions for his clients. Edward focuses on making a positive impact on both patient care and local authorities. He finds it incredibly rewarding to help alleviate the challenges they face.

Excited about the new opportunity to contribute to Equinox’s work, Edward is perfectly placed to make a tangible difference. The ability to manage and build initiatives from the ground up, combined with his extensive sector knowledge, positions Edward to drive the business’s growth and development within adult social care.

Outside of his professional life, Edward enjoys spending time with his family and enjoys playing golf and dining out. Edward has a real passion for rugby. He played for more than 20 years, but now now enjoys the sport from the sidelines – often with a beer.
