The Equinox team created much needed stability for the team, which I think was what was most beneficial.

Most of the social workers ended up staying on in the team under existing agency roles after the Equinox team finished which was very positive for the team morale and again contributed to the stability we were keen to create in the overall team.

I can always reach her and if she is in meetings, she will always, without fail, call me back. If needed, my consultant has visited me when I have needed additional support and spent time with me to consider my options. When she is on leave, cover is arranged with telephone numbers and emails.
